Technical Director
We’re looking for a Technical Director with strong C++ skills for our second studio in Barcelona to deliver world leading casual games.
Your role within our Kingdom
As a talented Technical Director and a C++ expert you’ll have the challenge to create our new studio in Barcelona.
With the help of other Directors you will set the vision for the studio and help to implement it by mentoring technical teams.
Responsible for all technical architecture and process choices
Set technical vision and plan for execution
Recruit the technical team
Coach and mentor developers
Set the technology requirements for the team
Skills to create thrills
You have passion for the gaming industry and you consider yourself a facilitator to help the technical team deliver world leading casual games.
Other skills include:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent required
At least 12 years of experience in programing C++
Expert in the games industry (social games, video games)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Superb analysis and problem – solving skills
Scrum enthusiast
Experience in creating a game engine is a plus
