And we currently have more than 160 talented Social Pointers of many different nationalities who enjoy creating high-quality games, and working in a young and fast-paced environment.

Responsabilities:
- Help optimize ROI on user acquisition through analysis, tracking, segmentation, and designing and launching campaigns on Facebook and other ad networks.
- Analyze the cost per acquisition, lifetime value and yield of various marketing channels and perform detailed data exploration and validation to support conclusions.
- Develop test plans, quantify impact and execute recommendations based on testing.
- Work with designers and artist to develop and test creative that convert the most users (CTR %, Action Rate %)
Requirements:
- Experience in user acquisition focus on Online Performance Marketing.
- Experience in managing big budget.
- Expert level Excel.
- Great with numbers; data and analytics savy, especially running online marketing campaigns. Ability to compile and analyze performance data and metrics and make decisions regarding campaign direction based on your analysis.
- Track record of success analyzing and synthesizing large data sets into actionable segments.
- Nanigans experience will be value (or other campaign managing tools for Facebook).
- Results oriented and ROI obsessed mentality.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Push personality with a passion for winning.
