- Able to architect & design components, features and systems.
- Very experienced in Java, JSP, databases and web development in general.
- Not afraid to embrace our DevOps methodology: As a back-end developer, you promote your code to our production systems and look after it while in production.
- Fluent in English.
- Familiar with HTML, CSS, Javascript, Bash.
- Knowledgeable about to web protocols, application servers and web servers.
- Striving to be the best in your area of expertise, no compromises.
- A curious and fast learner.
- Motivated by challenges and new opportunities.
- Used to TDD, UNIX environments, Subversion.
- A team player that likes to discuss solutions and ideas.
- Able to translate business needs to technical requirements and implementation.

- You have at many years' experience working on a variety of complex, high-scale systems in a commercial setting.
- Academically educated or self-taught wizard.

- Have worked on a project for high scalability sites.
