We are looking for an outstanding and experienced Technical Trainer to help set up our King Academy, which is our internal development programme for our new and current employees. The purpose of the academy is to get individuals up and running quickly to do their jobs effectively and efficiently through various interventions and provide continuous professional development, and to support the growth of the business and to retain, develop and grow our talent.
Our vision is to create the world’s leading developer training programme and we want you to be part of this exciting initiative.
You will report to the Global Learning and Capability Director and work closely with engineering management. Your main responsibilities will be to:
Design and deliver innovative training
Drive, plan, organise, and deliver the curriculum
Coach and mentor students
Work collaboratively with the development teams
Train and coach local drill instructors
Make future recommendation for Continuous Professional Development
Help shape the growth of the King Academy
Skills to create thrills
Extensive professional experience ranging from back-end to client, covering several programming languages and paradigms
Expertise in c, ++, Java,
Excellent training delivery experience, presentation skills and facilitation/coaching
Good knowledge in computer science, games and agile development
Project Management Skills
