Senior QC Development Tester
Ubisoft Barcelona is seeking passionate talent from all fields to expand its games development team.
We are currently looking to recruit a Senior QC Development Tester to work on our new projects for the current and next generation of consoles.
Job Description
The Senior QC Development Tester:
- Drives internal Quality Control activities with development teams in all Ubisoft Barcelona projects.
- Runs the day-to-day execution and coordination of QC activities with the development team.
- Coordinates with the QC Ubisoft team assigned to the project.
- Creates high visibility through tracking, reporting, and analysis.
- Guides continuous improvement of QC processes and best practices.
- Could lead a small team of developer testers supporting and monitoring project development.
What we require:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in QC/QA tester role in videogames, or any similar relevant experience in the multimedia field. Development testing and management experience are a plus.
- Able to understand development process and nature of issues.
- Passion for your job and for team work.
- Interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Open-minded personality and team-player mentality.
- Flexibility, support and will to manage the impact of change.
- Excellent oral and written communication in English. Spanish and French are a plus.
